Our goal is to tailor a personalized service plan to preserve dignity, encourage independence and promote safety. We are dedicated to a principal of mutual care and respect. We provide affordable living alternatives to seniors and we foster a community of growth, understanding and respect. We are dedicated to bringing progressive, individual care to seniors living in Alaska. We offer beautiful well maintained facility with three sizes of apartments to choose from. We accept Long Term Care Insurance as well as the Choice Waiver program, and Private Pay. We offer care from 24 hour awake care staff with an RN supervisor on-call.

Marlow Manor opened in June of 1999.
What is your primary product or service?
Marlow Manor is a 48 Unit Assisted Living Facility with a specialized Dementia and Alzheimer's unit. We provide customized Assisted Living services for individuals that are 55 years and older.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Manor Management is founded on the philosophy of providing what we care about, quality housing and services for seniors. This philosophy, spanning over a quarter century, provides a tradition of quality management and comprehensive care enabling residents the ability to achieve a lifestyle best suited to their own personal needs.

We are located on Muldoon Road in East Anchorage. If you are coming from the Glen Highway take the Muldoon Road exit and follow Muldoon Road to the Chester Park traffic light turn right at the light and follow the road down the hill past Chester Park Condominiums and we are the second set of buildings on the left hand side. If you are coming from Tudor follow Tudor until it turns into Muldoon Road turning left at the Chester Park traffic light and follow the road down the hill past Chester Park Condominiums and we are the second set of buildings on the left hand side.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Private Pay, Alaska Choice Waiver Program, and Long Term Care Insurance.
Which areas do you service?
We are conveniently located in Anchorage Alaska. We have residents from all areas of Alaska and some from the lower 48 states as well.

What are your hours of operation?
Our business office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Our care staff is on site 24 hours per day.
We offer tours of the facility by appointment during the week, contact our office manager to schedule a tour.

An Elder is a person who is still growing, still a learner, still with potential, and whose life continues to have within it a promise for, and connection to the future. An Elder is still in pursuit of happiness, joy, and pleasure and her or his birthright to these remains intact. Moreover, an Elder is a person who deserves respect and honor and whose work it is to synthesize wisdom from long life experience and formulate this into a legacy for future generations.
